Connor Trinneer was born in Walla Walla, Washington. He attended Pacific Lutheran University in Washington where he played college football and ultimately discovered the theatre. He graduated with a B.F.A. in Acting and then went on to receive an M.F.A. in Acting and Directing from the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
Best known for 'Zeus Zalenko' in the soap One Life To Live in 1996 but also appeared recently on television in Far East (2000) and in a small role in Billy Crystal's *61, a movie for HBO about Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle. Connor's notable guest appearances include Gideon's Crossing (2000), Freaky Links (2000), and Touched By An Angel (1994).
